The process…
The process for commissioning a quilt from Anzer is as follows:
Submit your enquiry, filling out as much details as you can in the form.
I will arrange a discussion with you - either in person, via a call (video or audio), or via email, depending on what suits you.
Pricing and details will be issued. Note any custom requests may incur additional charges.
If you wish to proceed, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the order.
Shipping options will be discussed separately and may incur charges, depending on your location.
Prior to shipping, final payment of the balance is due. I am happy to arrange a staged payment plan, but the quilt will not ship until full payment is received.
Quilt is yours to gift, enjoy, wrap yourself in, cuddle, fondle, display, etc!

Timelines to complete a quilt project are dependent on current order queue, type of quilt, complexity, etc.
Allow at least 8 weeks from time of order confirmation (not enquiry).
No returns or exchanges are available on custom quilts.
